    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, canned, evaporated, .75 cup (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Tabasco Sauce, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    *Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 4 oz (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded (remove)


Lightly whisk the egg in a small bowl. Add the evaporated milk, mustard, the 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, freshly ground pepper to taste, and hot red pepper sauce.
Fill a large saucepan 3/4ths full of water. Bring to a boil over high heat and add kosher salt. (We add 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt per quart of water.) Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until barely tender, 8-10 mins. Drain and return the pasta to the pan. Set over low heat, add the butter, and stir until melted. Add the evaporated milk mixture and the cheese. Stir untl the cheese melts and the mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Adjust the seasonings with more kosher slat if necessary. Serve immediately.

Serves: 4 as a side a couple small servings for children, or 3 full meal size portions
