Ingredients

    1/2 cup coconut oil
    1/2 cup coconut oil ghee (or just use butter)
    8 ounces dark, unsweetened chocolate
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    2 cups sucanat (or sweetener of choice)

    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp vanilla

    1 1/2 cups coconut flour
    1/4 cup dark, unsweetened cacao powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup coconut cream (or use whipping cream)
    1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13" pan.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat on low and stir unti everything is melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Allow to cool. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread into pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
