    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 large omega-3 egg
    3/4 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup sliced red onion
    1/4 cup mushrooms
    1/4 cup sweet green pepper
    1/4 cup sweet red pepper
    1/4 cup bean sprouts
    2 tbs boiled chick peas
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce


1. Heat half the olive oil in a non-stick pan ove medium heat.
2.Add onions and mushrooms, cook for 2miniutes.
3. Then add peppers, bean sprouts, chickpeas, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, Cook for 5 minutes.
4.Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan over medium-high heat. add beaten egg and egg whites, and cook until set.
5. Place omelet on a serving plate Add stir-fried vegetables to one half of the omelet and fold over the other side.
