Ingredients

    Cod (fish) .91lbs
    *cole slaw mix (Cabbage and carrots, plain), 3 serving *Helman's Low fat Mayo 1 Tbsp, 2.5 serving
    *Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix - 1/3 tsp, 3 serving Corn Tortillas, 8 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)

Directions

Heat grill pan on high.
Season fish with cumin, red pepper, and garlic herb seasoning generously on both sides.
Spray with non stick spray on LARGE sheet of foil.
Put fish on foil and wrap and seal foil to form a packet
Place packet in pan and cover.
Cook for 5 min.
Mix coleslaw with mayo and dressing. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
Rotate fish packet and cover.
Wrap tortillias in between dampened paper towels and microwave for 20-30 seconds.
