    1 large baking potato
    2 turnips
    1 lb baby carrots
    1 pkt or cube bullion
    1 1/2 to 2 cups water
    Seasonings to taste


Wash and thinly slice potato and turnips. In a large casserole dish, layer the potato, turnips, and carrots. Sprinkle some fresh herbs over the top if desired (I like to use chives and dill weed). Dissolve bullion in water and add any addiitional dried seasonings desired. Pour over veggies. Cover and bake at 350-375 degrees until veggies are tender.
