Ingredients

    4 medium/large Zucchini
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, 8 serving, 1 package
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    *Dorot Chopped Basil, Frozen 2 cubes
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    *Kosher Salt, Morton Coarse, for pasta water

Directions

Put a pot of salted water to boil on the stove.

Shred zucchini with a grater or make "strands" with a mandolin or vegetable peeler.

Whe spaghetti is done, add zucchini to pot and stir into pasta (less than a minute) and then drain.

While pasta drains, add basil, garlic, butter, and olive oil to drained pasta pot and let it melt together.

Combine together and serve hot or cold.
