Ingredients

    soy noodles, 1 serving
    Ground beef, lean, 3 oz
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup
    Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Carrots, raw, 30 grams
    Soy Sauce, 1 individual packet
    Honey, 10 grams
    Hot Chili Peppers, 0.5 pepper

Directions

slice the vegetables and stir them together in hot oil in a wok pan. when they are tender but not too much add the beef, and stir it together till the beef is cooked. cook the soy noodles as indicated on the package. then put the soy sauce and honey in a cup, mix and then add to the vegetables. finally, add the noodles and saute for half a minute. add hot chili pepper as you like it and enjoy!with chopsticks, obviously;-)
