Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tart Eating Apple (Granny Smith, Braeburn, etc.)
    6-8 peeled Baby Carrots (about = to apple)
    +/- 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

Directions

Cut apples into chunks the size of baby carrots. Process carrots in food processor until coarsely chopped. Add apples, process until finely chopped. Drizzle rice wine vinegar into processor while pulsing until carrot apple mixture begins to liquefy. Taste for consistency. Process more for smoother relish, less for chunkier. Good with spicy foods, like chili.
