    Paprika, 1/2 cup
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    *Dry Mustard, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, .3/4 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/4 tsp
    *McCormick Old Bay Seasoning, 1/2 tsp
    Thyme, ground, .1/2 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Sage ground, 1/2 tsp (optional)
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed


Mix all ingredients together. Place in air tight container. Use on meats as a dry rub. Great on chicken, beef, and pork.

Serving Size: about 2 cups of spice
