    1 lb Ground Beef
    1 Cup Onions, chopped
    0.5 Cup Green Pepper Chopped
    1 Lg Egg, Beaten
    0.5 Cup Quaker Oats
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tbsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    0.5 tsp Celery Salt
    1 Tbsp Catchup
    2 tsp Muster, Country Dijon


1 Mix Ground Beef with Chopped Onions & Green Bell Pepper, Beaten Egg, Oats, Worcestershire Sauce, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Garlic Powder, Celery Salt, and Mustard.
2. Form into a long loaf and place in an oven proof pan.
3. Spread catchup on top of meatloaf and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
