    1 med zucchini, cubed
    1 med summer squash, cubed
    1 small onion, diced
    4 oz stove stop stuffing
    1/4 c pecans
    1/3 c shredded cheese
    4 T liquified butter buds
    salt and pepper


Saute onion and squash in no calorie spray until veggies are crisp tender. Move to a lightly sprayed casserole dish. Sprinkle on cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Mix pecans and stuffing spread them evenly over top of squash mix. Pour the butter buds evenly over the top.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Makes 6 servings,146 cal each.
