    1lb Trader Joe's Wild Silverbrite Salmon (in the freezer section or purchase fresh and avoid defrosting. Make sure there are no bones!)
    Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
    1/4 tsp Santa Maria Seasoning
    2 tbsp olive oil


preheat oven: 375 degrees

cover a baking sheet with foil. Coat the foil with one tablespoon of olive oil. Place the fish on the foil. Sprinkle the fish with Santa Maria Seasoning Salt. Squirt the lemon juice over the salmon. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the salmon.

If you are baking this frozen (because you can...) bake for 20 minutes. Check doneness after 10 minutes, then 15, and it really should be done at 20 minutes. The internal temp should be 140 degrees F.

If you are baking these fresh, it should take only about 6-8 minutes. The internal temp should be 140 degrees F. The fish should be opaque and flaky. Make sure a thermometer.
