Ingredients

    2 Cups Black Beans
    2 Cups Corn
    1/2 cup (dried) brown Rice prepared
    1 oz. sliced Jalapenos
    2 Tbsp. Cilantro
    2 tsp. Yellow mustardMustard
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    other seasonings to taste

Directions

cook rice according to directions on package. After fully cooked add all other ingredients to the pot, and stir until mixed well, and warm. Serve and enjoy.
