Introduction

Just throw pretty much every vegetable you've got into a bowl and voila! Just throw pretty much every vegetable you've got into a bowl and voila!

Ingredients

    Broccoli
    Green peas
    Red cabbage
    Spinach
    Green peppers
    Tuna
    Hard boiled eggs
    Sun dried tomatoes
    Tahini
    Olive Oil
    Lemon Juice

    You don't have to use the same veggies I did, just use whatever's handy!

Directions

Chop up your veggies, put them in a bowl along with some protein (chicken, tuna, whatever you want) and a dressing of your choice! I used tahini, olive oil and lemon juice and it tastes pretty delicious.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 or 6 lunch-sized salads
