Ingredients

    1 cup chickpeas;
    1/4 c. lemon juice;
    1/4 c. tahini paste;
    1/4 c. olive oil;
    8 pieces Sun-Dried Tomatoes, diced;
    4 cloves garlic, minced;
    1 T cumin;
    1 T coriander;
    1 T basil;
    1/4 c. bottled water.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Add additional portions of liquid ingredients as needed.
