    1.25 c. white flour
    1 packet dry yeast
    1 pinch sugar
    1/2 c. Fresh Direct Spicy Vodka Sauce
    2 red tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil for brushing the pan and top of the pizza
    2 oz. fresh mozarella


Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Put half a cup of lukewarm water together with one packet of yeast and a pinch of sugar to proof. Mix the yeast water and the flour together to make a dough and let rise 2-3 hrs.

Flatten the dough into a pizza, brush with olive oil, add the fresh direct vodka sauce (1/2 cup), layer on the sliced tomatoes and the mozarella. Sprinkle a little thyme on top and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Cut the pizza, then bake for another 5 minutes to harden the center.

Serve. Serving size is half the pizza, but that's if you are very hungry.
