    2 lbs ground turkey breast
    2 cans red kidney beans(rinsed)
    4 large tomato (seeded and diced)
    1/2 cup bell pepper( diced)
    2 stalks celery (trimmed and diced)
    1 large onion (diced)
    4 cloves garlic (diced)
    2 cups no salt vegetable stock
    2 cup tomato sauce
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp thyme
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp garlic powder
    3 tbsp chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp salt


spray large fry pan with cooking spray.
dice all veggies,and cook in pan until onions are transparent
In the mean time place beans/veggiestock/tomato sauce in crock pot with all spices except salt and garlic powder
add cooked vegies to crock.
brown ground turkey/salt/garlic powder and separate into bits with fork
add to crock. cover, cook on high for 4 hours
