Introduction
Wanted a chocolate treat, but a full sized mug brownie not only "costs" too much, but leaves me feeling yucky. So I cut it in half, with adaptations for my dairy free soy free needs.It still is definitely a treat, but the smaller size is enough without causing that "too much" feeling. Ingredients

1 T Earth Balance DFSF Spread (or butter - calories are the same)
2 T flour
2 T sugar
1 T cocoa
dash salt
1 T water
2 T So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer (10 calories per T)
Directions
Melt spread in mug
Add dry ingredients, then water
Stir
Microwave for about a minute, depending on your microwave and your preference
Top with coconut milk creamer (or milk/creamer, or subtract 20 calories) and watch it soak down into your brownie and turn it into an even more delicious goo.
