    2 cups greek yogurt, non fat
    1 cucumber, peeled
    Pinch kosher salt
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 T olive oil
    2 tsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp dill (dried) or use fresh dill if you have it.


Cut cucumber into 4 spears, remove the seeds. Dice the cucumber very fine. Place on a cloth or paper towel and squeeze out any excess liquid. Combine all. Serve with gyros, falafel, pita, veggies, or anything else that needs a little tzatziki!

Serving Size: 1/4 cup (makes about 12 servings)
