    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .5 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Applesauce, sweetened, .5 cup
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 12 tsp
    *Splenda, 12 tsp
    egg white, fresh, 4 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    *HyVee Old Fashioned Oats, 3 cup
    Nestle Butterscotch Morsels, 22 tbsp


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon in bowl. Beat butter, Splendas, egg, vanilla in larger bowl. gradually beat in flour mixture with the wet mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray and spread dough evenly in pan. Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes, watching for the dough to brown slightly.
Cool and cut into 18 squares.
I refrigerate mine in an air tight container because of the Splenda.
