Ingredients
-
500 g Ground beef, lean,
.5 cup Low fat cream cheese,
1 Tbsp *Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce,
1 Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
0.5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped
1 can Tomato Soup,
4 cup Egg Noodles, enriched
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, and drain excess fat.
In the meantime, start boiling water for the egg noodles, and cook as directed on package.
Return to skillet over medium heat and add onions and peppers and cook until veggies are no longer crisp (about 5 minutes).
Add cream cheese, tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce and mix until combined. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until all warmed through.
Serve the warm meat and sauce mixture over egg noodles, or mix all together in one big bowl.
Occasionally I substitute chicken or turkey for the beef, and sometimes we add more Worcestershire because we love the flavour.
