    * *Pasta: Penne Ziti Rigate-2/3cup (dry) 56g, 4 serving
    * *Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb
    * *Margarine, soft, .25 cup
    * *Flour, white, .25 cup
    * 1/4 tsp plus 1/8 tsp pepper, divided
    * Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    * Kraft Parmesan Cheese, 24 tsp
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    * *Cheese - cottage cheese Daisy 2% 1/2 cup, 4 serving
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz


1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; place in a bowl. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and cut into in. slices.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, 1 tsp salt and tsp pepper until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in C parmesan cheese. Pour over pasta; toss to coat.
3. In a bowl, combine the egg, cottage cheese, parsley, and remaining parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Spoon half of the pasta mixture into a greased 2-1/1-qt. baking dish. Top with cottage cheese mixture. Add sausage to the remaining pasta mixture; spoon over the top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and paprika.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
