Number of Servings: 8


    2 cups chicken breast, cubed or shredded
    1 1/5 c brown rice
    3/4 c mayo
    1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz can)
    1 c celery, chopped
    3/4 c slivered almonds
    1 10 oz package frozen peas

    1/5 c seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp butter, melted


Mix chicken, rice, mayo, soup, celery, almonds and peas together. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan.

Mix melted butter and bread crumbs. Spread over top of mixture in pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Makes 8 very generous servings as a main dish.

Could also make into smaller servings for a side dish.
