Ingredients

    Cauliflower
    Olive Oil
    Italian Seasonings
    Pita Bread (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven 350-400F
Cover cookie pan with aluminum foil
Separate cauliflower into flowerets, remove & throw away green stalk; place in pan
Drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle Italian herbs/seasonings
Cook for 20 mins or until desired crispiness

May eat with yogurt and/or pita bread
