Number of Servings: 6


    2 t. Olive Oil
    1 Can Worthington Vegetarian Burger (1 Lb 4 oz.)
    1 C. uncooked wagon wheel pasta (2 oz)
    1/2 C. Salsa
    1 C. Water
    1/2 t. Salt
    Dash of Pepper
    2 med Stalks Celery, thinly sliced (1 Cup)
    1 med Tomato, Chopped (3/4 Cup)
    2 cans (8 oz each) Tomato Sauce


1. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over menium heat. Cook Vegetarian Burger in oil 4 - 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until dry and brown.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 8 -10 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 1-cup servings.
