Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Whole wheat or multi grain tortilla ( taco size)
    1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
    1 tbsp onions diced fine (Amount is opt)
    pepper to taste (optional)
    1/4 cp 2% cheddar cheese
    4 slices of lunch meat

Directions

Spread desired amount of cream cheese on tortilla, season with pepper lightly, sprinkle onions and cheese, then place lunch meat on and roll up, heat in the oven for about 5-10 mins on 350, or the microwave for 1-2 mins until wrap is heated through. slice in half and enjoy for a quick lunch, makes 2 servings.

You can make them for a party and cut into party size pieces and place tooth picks in and you have a delicious snack! You can use variations, instead of regular cream cheese you can use flavored. or leave off the onions, add different toppings like olives, tomatoes etc...
