Ingredients

    * *Turkey thigh, 32 oz (remove)
    * Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo, 210 gram(s) (remove)
    * Great Northern Beans Dry, 455 gram(s) (remove)
    * Chili powder, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * *Red pepper, sweet (1 med.), 1 serving (remove)
    * Stewed Tomatoes, 3.5 cup (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon (remove)
    * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Prepare beans in advance. Chop or grind turkey, brown, set aside. Saute raw vegetables until tender. Add spices, saute 30 sec. Add tomatoes, turkey, soyrizo, cooked beans and remaining ingredients. Simmer until turkey is tender, adding water as needed.
