Ingredients

    1 8in Pan of Corn Bread
    8 Slices of Crips Gautnley Bacon
    1 Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
    1 1/2 cup Lite Sour Cream
    1 1/2 cup Lite Mayonaise
    3 1/2 cup Canned Pinto Beans
    3 1/2 Cup Whole Kernel Corn
    1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
    1 Cup Chopped Green Onion
    1 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    2 Cup 2% Sharp Cheddar Chesse / Shredded

Directions

Make Hidden Valley Ranch Mix ahead of time.
Cook Cornbread as you normally would. Let completely cool.
Crumble in bowl. Then make layer of cornbread, pinto beans, corn, onion, bell pepper, bacon , dressing and cheese, do again and again, ending up with your Cheese on the very top.
