Introduction

Ingredients

    Swanson 100% Natural Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 8 cup
    Kroger All Natural-Recipe Vegetable gumbo mix, 1.33 cup
    Louisiana Fish Fry Products Cajun Gumbo Mix, 10 cup
    Blue Ribbon Hickory Smoked Original Sausage, 6 oz
    Shrimp, raw, 16 oz

Directions

Mix gumbo mix according to package directions, I used chicken broth instead of water ( you can use either). While coming to a boil slice sausage and peel shrimp. Once liquid comes to a boil add vegetables and sausage, let simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add shrimp and simmer another 20-30 minutes. Serve over rice.
