    1 cup each white & whole wheat flour
    1 tsp each baking powder & baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
    1 cup Silk Coconut Milk Vanilla
    2 medium eggs
    1 1/2 cup Blueberries
    2 Tbs shredded coconut
    2 Tbs Lavender


preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients until wet; do not over mix, batter should be lumpy

Spoon into muffin cups

Bake 20 minutes (approximate)
