Quick, easy and flavorful scallop dish! Quick, easy and flavorful scallop dish!
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb Scallops
    2 tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6 Cloves Garlic Minced
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tbls fresh time minced
    salt and pepper (to taste)


Mince 6 Gloves of Garlic into a mixing bowl
Add olive oil basil, fresh thyme, salt and peper
Pat scallops dry on paper towels to remove excess moisture
Add scallops to bowl stir to coat in garlic herb mixture
Set aside to marinate for 10 min.

Heat sautee pan on high until hot then reduce to medium heat.
Add scallops and garlic herb mixture from bowl to pan Sautee until scallps are opaque opaque 5-7 min.

**May remove scallops and add 1/2 cup of white wine to pan drippings and reduce to make a garlic herb sauce.
