    * *Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey, 40 oz
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *1/2 C dry oatmeal, 1.5 serving
    * Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 3 cloves
    * Stewed Tomatoes, 411 grams
    Italian herbs


Combine all ingredients except stewed tomatoes. Form into a loaf. Blend stewed tomatoes to make tomato sauce and pour over loaf. Bake at 375 for about an hour or until done.
