Introduction

Ingredients

    boiled chicken breast, 12.95 ounces
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
    1 slice of chopped sweet onion
    1.5 teaspoons of curry powder (or to taste)
    1 tbsp. plain, fat free yogurt
    1 tbsp mayonaise
    1 tbsp. Curry King curry sauce

Directions

Boil chicken breasts in a pot with water covering them for 15 minutes or until done. Cut the chicken into small cubes after the water is drained.

In a separate bowl, add the mayo, curry sauce and 1 tbsp. plain yogurt and mix well.
Add curry powder, 1/2 cup seedles grapes (cut in halves), 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, and 1 slice of chopped sweet onion to the mix.

Add the cubed chicken and mix all of it well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving Size: makes about 5 4-ounce servings
