Number of Servings: 10


    2 lbs lean ground turkey (85% lean)
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1 8oz can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
    1 1.5oz package Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
    1/4 cup bread crumbs, dry and grated


1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
2. Shape the mixture into a loaf, and place in a 9x5 loaf pan.
3. Bake at 375F for 1 hour or until cooked throughout.
