Number of Servings: 8


    - 4 Turkey Burger (Kirkland) [or 1.5lbs ground turkey]
    - Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    - Onions, chopped, 1 medium
    - Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    - Ketchup, Heinz, 3 tbsp
    - Garlic, 2 clove minced
    - Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 4 slices converted into bread crumbs.
    - Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup
    - 2 Egg whites, slightly beaten
    - Basil, dried, 1/2 tsp
    - Emeril's Italian Seasoning, 1/4 tsp
    - Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    - Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp
    - Stubb's Original BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Heat the olive oil over a medium saucepan. Cook the onion in the oil until tender, 4-5 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix the onion, turkey, garlic, 3tbsp of the ketchup, bread crumbs, egg whites, basil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Blend well.
4. Spray a large loaf pan with cooking spray. Transfer the blended mixture to the pan. Cook in the oven for 40 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and baste the meatloaf with the 1 tbsp of ketchup and bbq sauce. Place back in the oven until cooked, 15-25 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice the loaf into 8 equal portions.
