Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, beaten, 2 large
    Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup, shredded
    Red Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Margarine, soft, 4 tsp

Directions

1. Grease the pan with margarine.
2. Pour eggs, milk, cheese and red onion into the pan and keep stiring. Sprinkle black pepper as much as preferred.
3. Serve.
