    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 cup V8
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/2 medium onion, chopped

    1 large skillet with lid


Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes and put in large skillet, add V8, chopped onion, and garlic. Bring to boil, then cut down to medium heat, cover and cook until chicken is done.
