    1 1b. noodles
    6 T. butter
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1/2 c walnut halves
    1 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. applesauce
    1t. cinnamon
    1/2 c sugar


Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles al dente.
In the meantime, spray a 12 cup mold or tube pan - a spring form pan works well. Pour melted butter and swirl around bottom. Reserve 2 T to go into noodle mixture.

Press brown sugar into bottom and then press pecans on top.

In large bowl mix egg beaters,applesauce,2 T. melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. Add noodles and pour into pan.

Bake 1 hour or until golden brown. Let stand 15-20 minutes before unmolding.

The top will become hard like praline.
