    *Tomato with Chile, 1.75 cup
    *Velveeta 2 % Milk Cheese Product, 16 oz
    Ground Turkey Breast, 20 oz
    *Dreamfield's Penne Rigate (Dry Yields), 13.25 oz
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp


Brown turkey in heavy saucepan on medium high heat, breaking into bite-sized pieces. When cooked, add undrained can of diced tomatoes with green chiles, salt and pepper. Cook for five minutes until heated through and liquid is partially absorbed. Meanwhile cook penne according to package directions. Add cubed Velveeta cheese product to turkey and tomato mixture, stirring until melted and blended. Toss with cooked penne and serve. Serves 6.
