Number of Servings: 5


    Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 large chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers),1medium, chopped
    Pace Picante Sauce - medium, 1 cup
    Kroger Fat Free Sour Cream-2TBS(30g),
    Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp
    2 cups water


- place all ingredients except sour cream in crockpot on low if cooking all day, high if for 4-6 hours.
- I place all in the night before
- When ready to eat add sour cream and stir with fork, shredding chicken as you stir.

Serve on tostadas, taco shells or tortillas. Great when topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno and sour cream. Leftovers make a great tortilla soup base.
