    1 cup finely chopped parsley
    2-3 diced garlic cloves
    juice of 1/2 orange
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Chop parsley and garlic and throw in blender/processor. Add juice. Blend as you slowly add oil. Blend in cheese and serve as you would any pesto. I like it as a sauce for cheese tortellini.

Serving Size: makes 8 -2 tbsp servings
