Ingredients

    1/2 large purple onion chopped
    4 mushrooms chopped
    1.5 tbsp olive oil
    1 package extra lean ground turkey (20oz)
    5 red bell peppers-- tops chocked and cleaned
    12 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1.5 cup cooked lentils

Directions

sautee onions and mushrooms in olive oil. add turkey.

add tomato

stuff peppers

pop in oven at 350 for 45 minutes. DELISH
