Ingredients

    1 bag of frozen corn
    1 bag of frozen lima beans
    2-3 tbsp butter/ margarine/ smart balance
    3/4 cup milk ( I used non fat)
    salt
    pepper

Directions

- Cook the frozen corn and lima beans according to package directions and drain when done
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a saucepan and add corn and lima beans back in
- add another tablespoon or 2 of butter and then pour in the milk
- cook until heated through, about 5 - 7 minutes; do not let the milk boil
- add salt and pepper to taste
- Enjoy!
