    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1/3 cp of chopped onion
    1 1/2 cp diced mixed red & green peppers
    1/2 tsp galic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 ground black pepper
    1 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 cup instant white or brown rice
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1 8oz pkg. 2% shredded chedder cheese, divided
    1 15oz can Tomato sauce


Brown Turkey and saute onions,pepers and galic for 10 min. until veggies are tender add salt and pepper.
Stir in the tomatoes,rice,worcestershire sauce and italian seasoning. Remove from heat, stir in 1cp of cheese
Spread miture evenly into 13x9 inch baking dish and top with tomatoe sauce and remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered 20 min. until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand for 5 min before serving.
Store leftovers in refridgerator.
