    1 pound (or 600 grams) Ground Chicken
    1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1/4 cup 1% Milk
    1 1/2 ounces (or 45 grams) Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Light
    1 1/2 tablespoons (or 20 grams) PC Blue Menu Light Parmesan
    1 tablespoon Parsley, dried
    1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
    1 tablespoon Garlic powder
    1 tablespoon Onion powder
    1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1/4 teaspoon Salt


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Mix all the ingredients and rolled into meatballs (approx. 2 tablespoons each).

3. Place in oven and cook for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.

4. Serve alone or with favourite tomato sauce over pasta.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings of 5 Meatball per serving.
