Bison adds flavor and cuts down on fat! Bison adds flavor and cuts down on fat!
Number of Servings: 10


    2 lbs ground bison
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    1large onion, chopped
    2 tbsp chili power (to taste)


Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. Sprinkle with shredded with cheese and/or a dollop of sour cream (remember to track those separately - not included in the recipe)
