    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, 1%, .3 tbsp
    Nabisco Ritz Whole Grain Crackers 1 1/4 cup
    Paprika, .5 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2.5 lb
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    *Pam - Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray


-Preheat oven 375 degrees
-Beat egg with milk set aside
-Crush the crackers and mix with parmesan cheese, paprika, pepper 1/8 tsp, oregano
-Dip chicken in egg wash and then coat with cracker mixture
-Place in dish not touching
-Spray top with Olive Oil spray to coat in place of butter.

Bake 45 minutes
