    Corn Tortillas, 9 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Iceberg Lettuce 1 cup, shredded or chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced


Soften tortillas in hot oil, drain on paper toweling. Make sauce by adding flour to heated oil. Brown to a peanut butter color. Add chili powder, garlic powder and salt. When well mixed slowly add water - stirring constantly until desired thickness. Set aside. Put cooked ground beef/onion mixture ,cheese and 1 T of sauce on tortilla. Roll and put in baking dish. Top rolled tortillas with remaining sauce and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Serve with lettuce and tomato on top.
