    1.5 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    2 T PB2
    1 T Chia Seeds
    1 Scoop Amazing Grass Chocolate Green Superfood
    1 Scoop Organic Bowel Cleanse
    1 t vanilla


MIx all ingredients and allow to sit in refrigerator overnight. In the morning add honey, raisins, 100% fruit jelly, coconut or nuts for a delicious creamy oatmeal. (Calories do not include toppings.)
