Introduction

I like to make oatmeal cookies for my boys and these are really good. I like to make oatmeal cookies for my boys and these are really good.
Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    1/2 cup (1 stick) imperial 1/3 less fat margerine
    1 cup skippy natural peanut butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup light brown sugar packed
    4 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups Eagle mills Unbleached flour with ultragrain
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    4 cups uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 bag of Nestle semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix margerine, peanut butter, both sugars together. Then add eggs, vanilla, beat well. Then add flour, soda, salt, and oatmeal mix well. Then add chocolate chips.
About 1 TB of dough per cookie on a greased cookie sheet. Bake about 10-15 min about 1/2 way through press cookie down with the back of a fork.
This entire recipe makes about 60 (5 dozen) cookies.
